BSOC specialist (internship for 3 months)

We are the Tele2 Baltic service center. Our team provides 24/7 support to Tele2 companies in the Baltic States. We provide monitoring, incident resolution and coordination of planned activities in the field of telecommunications and IT. Working in our team, you have opportunity to work in both local and international environment.

We will teach you everything! After training period your tasks will be:

• routines required to maintain Service Operations – help to monitore Tele2’s Baltic network;
• alarm monitoring and assistance in fault handling;
• efficient coordination for prevention of accidents;
• taking the initiative and offering solutions;
• help provide remote assistance to support teams in daily operations;
• help execute various tasks based on guidelines.

• technical background
• you need to be at least a second-year student at university or college in the field of technical engineering sciences
• fluency in English and Latvian?
• strong personal drive and a great desire for self-learning
• ability to quickly master new information & rapidly handle stressful situations
