Job Description

This role is meant for you if you have:

university degree in Technical field (you can be a first-year student);
degree in Telecom is an advantage;
fluency in English;
strong personal drive and a great desire for self-learning;
ability to quickly master new information & rapidly handle stressful situations;
accuracy and high sense of responsibility;
ability to work in shifts.

Your main tasks will be:

routines required to maintain Service Operations 6 to monitor Tele2s Baltic network;
network alarm monitoring and assistance in fault handling;
efficiently coordinate prevention of accidents;
take the initiative and offer solutions;
provide remote assistance to support teams in daily operations;
execute tasks based on guidelines;
event, Incident & Change handling.
