Job Description

Workingland client – an international company operating in the professional services sector, working with local and international clients across various business advisory areas, is looking to strengthen its team with a Business Development Manager (Advisory services).

The company is looking for a proactive and business-minded professional who can help develop new client relationships, identify business opportunities, and support the growth of the company in the local market.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a service-based B2B environment (especially consulting services).
  • Experience in business development, client development, or B2B relationship management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Diplomatic personality with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently in an environment that is still developing and evolving.
  • Structured mindset and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Very good English language skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients worldwide.
  • Strong motivation for business development and achieving results.

Responsibilities

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and potential client relationships.
  • Research industries, companies, and market trends to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Build initial communication with prospective clients and maintain ongoing contact.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with decision-makers and business partners.
  • Assist in preparing tailored client presentations, offers, and business materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and experts to support business proposals and client discussions.
  • Participate in client meetings together with management representatives.
  • Ensure smooth follow-up after meetings and monitor further communication steps.
  • Maintain oversight of ongoing opportunities, priorities, and timelines.
  • Support cooperation between different business areas to identify additional client needs.
  • Contribute to improving internal workflows, tools, and client management processes.
  • Work closely with local leadership and teams to support overall business growth.
