Job Description

  • Acquiring new big and medium accounts through both outbound and inbound leads.
  • Preparing commercial offers and leading the negotiation process.
  • Ensuring clients’ needs are met, helping them to overcome current and potential challenges.
  • Visiting the clients in Latvian market, building long-term relationships and assuring excellent client experience.
  • Maintaining consistent feedback from the market regarding versatility, quality and reputation of Venipak services.
  • Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in active B2B sales as Business Developer/Sales Manager.
  • 1+ year of experience in logistics.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Result-driven and positive mindset.
  • Excellent Latvian and good English language skills to communicate with clients and colleagues on Baltic level.
  • Driving license and a possibility to use a personal car.
