Business Processes IT Development Specialist

We will entrust you with:

Lead and take full responsibility for cross-functional business process improvement initiatives in partnership with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and other business functions
Design, document, and implement end-to-end business processes across multiple departments, ensuring they are scalable, practical, and aligned with business objectives.
Analyze and improve inefficient business processes, reducing manual work, error risks, time consumption, and repetitive actions using automation, RPA, AI, and other productivity-enhancing solutions
Create and maintain up-to-date process documentation, including workflows, instructions, and operational guidelines

We are looking for you, if you have:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in business process simplification and standardization within the business IT systems landscape
Strong background in business process management or operational excellence
Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and other business functions
Practical experience in using digital, automation, RPA, and AI tools for process analysis, documentation, optimization, or increasing daily work efficiency
Strong knowledge of project management processes
Great communication and collaboration skills
Good command of Latvian and English languages

Gross salary from EUR 3000, depending on your professional experience
Schedule: Full-time, 08:30-17:00
