Your responsibilities:
✨ Achieving sales and operational goals together with the Store Manager
✨ Supporting the Store Manager in recruitment
✨ Motivating and training employees with the Store Manager
✨ Ensuring product displays follow VM guidelines
✨ Reporting sales and goal achievements
✨ Responding to customer needs
✨ Working with CCC portfolio brands (Gino Rossi, Lasocki, Hunter, Nine West and more)
✨ Seeking improvements and optimizations in daily operations
