YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily business operations, including document signing, access management, licensing, budgeting, etc.
• HR and Office Management: Lead and support HR and office management teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Strategic Oversight: Work closely with the Management team to implement and refine business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Innovation and Automation: Drive AI and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Marketing Oversight: Provide strategic oversight to our Marketing team to shape our brand's growth strategy.

• Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior operational role, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry.
• Experience leading HR and office management functions is essential. Experience in marketing management is a plus.
• Experience in AI and automation is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the market.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing operations in fast-paced environments.
• Someone with a passion for the crypto space and a strategic mindset for driving business growth.
• Fluent English.
