Job Description

  • Implement and monitor the Compliance Management System in accordance with international guidelines.
  • Analyse existing or possible compliance risks systematicaly and develop measures for their elimination or reduction.
  • Introduce compliance checks and measures as well as investigate compliance infringements.
  • Develop, organize, and conduct compliance trainings.
  • Assist Legal and Compliance department in provision of legal advice on general topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in legal area. Work experience in similar position will be an advantage.
  • Fluent English and Latvian (writing and speaking).
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Quality oriented with excelent time management skills.
  • Understanding of complex situations and processes.
  • Analytical thinking, proactiveness and ability to work within dynamic environment.
  • High responsibility and professional fairness.
  • Valid Covid-19 certificate (vaccinated/recovered).
