CONTROLLER FUEL STOCK & DEAL CONTROL

The Fuel Operations Control & Accounting department at the Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia, is part of the Global Finance organization. It is responsible for the Circle K European network of terminals and fuel service stations. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop expertise and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the fuel value chain
• Control and report the stock movements and balances for your portfolio in ERP system
• Control and investigate fuel shrinkage (e.g. fuel losses or gains)
• Identify, analyze and resolve discrepancies connected to the fuel stock for your portfolio
• Maintain documentation and records linked to control functions to facilitate the audit trail
• Interact with Business Unit operations, technical services, and other stakeholders
• Participate as an SME in fuel business projects and improvement initiatives, including UAT and system upgrades

You will work in close collaboration with:

• Supply & Trading Operations
• Finance & Control
• Fuel suppliers and operational partners

• Higher education in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
• Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves daily contact with internal and external stakeholders across all our markets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard Office tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex issues or problems
• Improvement-driven with a focus on efficiency and collaborative team-player attitude

Nice to have

• Experience in accounting, finance, or inventory / stock control is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting systems is considered an advantage
