Darba apraksts

  • Leading the organization of 40+ people.
  • Taking care of revenue, cash flow, budgeting and reporting.
  • Taking care of relationships with clients and partners.
  • Co-operating with other Country Managers and HQ.
  • Implementing the Group (and Baltics) processes and procedures.
  • Service process optimization and automatization.
  • Ensuring the effectiveness and quality of daily production.
  • Dealing with country-specific legal responsibilities.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • To succeed in this role, we expect you to speak very good English and Latvian and be oriented to managing people and operations.
  • You are a genuine people person and know how to motivate them.
  • You also have previous experience in a similar role and know what it takes to make a business grow and people be happy in their work.
  • Knowledge in accounting and payroll are considered a big bonus.
  • Having a Masters degree in economics, business management or finance is preferred.
