Credit Analyst

Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Responsibilities:

• To conduct a thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests;
• To perform daily portfolio monitoring;
• To follow-up development of portfolio quality and initiate actions to keep portfolio quality on target level;
• To be the leader for testing and implementation of a new credit risk management platform and credit products across Europe;
• To ensure continuous credit process evaluation and improvements;
• To closely collaborate with Business units.

• Degree in economics or finance;
• Experience in an analyst role (preferably credit);
• Proficiency and understanding of ERP systems;
• Experienced MS Excel user;
• Fluent English language skills to communicate with business units and colleagues in Europe;
• Ability to teamwork, communicate and collaborate;
• Analytic mindset, strong stress-handling ability;
• Improvement and innovation-driven, independent and lean-orientated individual.
