Our team is driven by experimentation, data, and continuous improvement, and we're looking for a CRO Specialist to help us optimize every step of the customer journey.

You don't just report numbers- you connect the dots. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams you will deliver measurable business impact.

Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion across web and app funnels.
Plan, execute, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Development teams.
Analyze funnel performance and user journeys using analytics tools.
Generate hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Monitor key metrics such as conversion rate, activation, retention, subscription conversion, and LTV.
Identify friction points and recommend UX improvements.
Document experiment results and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Prioritize optimization initiatives based on expected business impact.
Stay up to date with CRO, UX, and experimentation best practices.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (Product Analytics, Growth, or Digital Product Optimization).
Experience running A/B tests and interpreting statistical results.
Experience with web and product analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
You can explain why a metric changed, identify the underlying cause, propose an experiment to address it, and measure whether it improved business outcomes.
Understanding of UX principles and customer journey optimization.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience with subscription-based products or mobile apps is considered a strong advantage.
