Customer Service Advisor (Bilingual)

OATS Recruitment are currently recruiting for Customer Service Agents in Riga.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ENGLISH SPEAKERS AND HAVE AN ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE OF EITHER:

• Danish
• Dutch
• Finnish
• German
• Norwegian
• Swedish

There may be opportunities for Hybrid and WFH after probation depending on business needs and shifts.

• The candidate must speak English to at least a B1/2 level and another of the languages listed.
• Experience of working in an outsourced customer service environment would be an advantage.

• Yearly salary: €18,000 - €20,400.
