Customer Service Representative EMEA (Temporary contract)

You will take care of customers and their orders, enquires and complaints, as well as you will pursue timely communication and documentation with our internal stakeholders.

• Manage the customer portfolio with a proactive and professional approach, ensuring timely handling of orders and resolution of complaints while anticipating customer needs.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email and phone, delivering clear and accurate information.
• Coordinate shipments and related documentation through close collaboration with internal teams, including Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Finance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform accurate order entry and follow-up in the ERP system (SAP), addressing and resolving order or pricing discrepancies as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.

• Bachelor university degree in Economics, IT, business administration, logistics, business and other comparable fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer care, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Good understanding of order management processes, order fulfillment, and the order-to-cash process (O2C).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of SharePoint and Teams.
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with export logistics documents would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish language, will be considered an advantage.

• Monthly gross salary 1320 - 1730 EUR, depending on skills and experience.
