Job Description

Are you interested in Customer Service in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for motivated and self-organized individual with "can do" attitude to join our team. You will take care of Middle East and Africa customers and their orders from order placement till export document issuance, enquires and complaints, as well as you will pursue timely communication and documentation with our internal stakeholders. If you have a high focus on pro-active approach, you are detail-oriented and you have a strong communication and problem-solving skills, then we are waiting for your application!

  • Manage the customer portfolio with a proactive and professional approach, ensuring timely handling of orders and resolution of complaints while anticipating customer needs.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email and phone, delivering clear and accurate information.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment through close collaboration with internal teams, including Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Finance, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform accurate order entry and follow-up in the ERP system (SAP), addressing and resolving any order related changes and discrepancies as needed.
  • Ensure order processing in accordance to ship to countries’ import needs.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor university degree in business administration, logistics, business and other comparable fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer care, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of SharePoint and Teams.
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken) to communicate with global organization stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with export logistics documents or experience with logistics processes would be an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM would be an advantage.
