Customer Service Specialist (Office position)

HSH Chemie is representing many carefully selected world-class suppliers to efficiently service the five leadingindustry segments: Coatings, Adhesives & Building, Personal & Home Care, Food, Feed & Pharma, Plastics & Rubber,and Industrial Performance.For our Baltics location, we are looking for a person with profound experience in the chemical industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Order processing - daily handling of

• Customer Sales orders;
• Customer invoicing;
• tracking of deliveries;
• credit notes;
• product returns;
• samples;
• work in 1C system.

Service desk -

• customer support;
• front office;
• info e-mail responsible;
• incoming calls.

Other tasks - 

• Cooperation with other structural units of the company.

• Customer service orientation.
• Quick learning abilities.
• 1C experience – preferable.
• Fluently in English, Russian and Latvian (verbal & written).
• Structured, and independent way of working.
• Stress resilience and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent skills in communicating - both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

• Monthly salary probationary period 900 EUR, after probationary period 1100 EUR before taxes (gross) with bonus system, the salary depends on the employee's results and work experience.
• Full-time position in the office (Jurkalnes Street 15/25, Riga, LV-1046).
