Customer Services Coordinator

In this full-time position you work in an international environment communicating with Samskip offices all over Europe. You will work from our Riga office and report to our Head of Baltic Trade. Your main tasks include:

• Pro-active communication with our customers for day-to-day shipment information
• Monitoring of order status to ensure excellent service to our customers.
• Communication with other departments (trucking, terminals, vessels) as well as with colleagues in other countries of service.
• Entry and invoicing of orders in Samskip’ recently in-house developed ERP system.

• You are pro-active with a positive attitude to find the best solutions in each situation
• You are a team-player who understands that the best work is teamwork
• You have or are obtaining a degree in Logistics or relevant field of education
• Fluent in written and verbal English. Russian is an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in the logistics industry.
