FF Forest is a fast-growing company in the sustainable forestry and finance sector. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help us build a structured, efficient, and scalable client support system.

About The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at FF Forest, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, guiding them through our platform and forestry projects while ensuring a seamless, transparent, and trustworthy customer experience.

Qualifications:

Good command of Latvian and English.
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide professional support to existing and potential clients, primarily in English, via email, Telegram, and social media.
Ensure a positive client experience and effective communication.
Collaborate with sales and project teams to address client needs and support ongoing protects.
Monitor client satisfaction and suggest process improvements.
