Job Description

Are you passionate about data, reporting and making valuable insights? We are currently on an exciting transition path and looking for a new colleague.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Take part in our reporting shift, moving from manual Excel and IBM SPSS models to automated Power BI solutions.
  • Work closely with the business to map data across different processes, track data flows, and apply these insights to create new data definitions.
  • Monitor changes in our customer base, behaviour patterns, and product usage to create value-added analytics by identifying trends, threats, and opportunities.
  • Participate in the introduction and exploration of MPMX process mining within the corporate area.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, structuring the backend and creating clear visualizations to jump right into the automation of existing reports.
  • Comfortable with structuring data flows and reverse engineering to understand existing solutions and work on new business needs.
  • Strong communication skills to sit down with business counterparties, clarify their needs, ask the right questions, and explain complex data findings in a clear, simple, and structured way.
  • An analytical mindset as we don’t expect you to know everything, but you should have a natural eye for patterns and be a strong match in our core areas.
  • Collaboration skills, including the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Very good knowledge of one Baltic language and fluency in English, both written and spoken (for cooperation with Baltic and Group colleagues).

Nice to have

  • Experience with advanced analytics or MPMX process mining is not required on day one, but it is a huge advantage.

Company offers

  • Personal and professional growth through self-leadership and continuous development.
  • Meaningful work that positively impacts our workplace, our customers, and society.
  • An open and collaborative culture that encourages cross-functional teamwork and provides networking opportunities.
  • A supportive and inclusive environment that promotes a balanced and sustainable work-life, with flexible working conditions when suitable for the role.
  • Enjoy country-specific benefits, including banking offers, a pension plan, our share-based reward program, health insurance in the Baltics and a health allowance in Sweden.
