Join allnex as a Data Management Process & Systems Specialist, supporting our global Data Management team in ensuring high-quality, consistent, and reliable master data across all ERP systems. You will coordinate master data setup with cross-functional teams, support users with data-related issues, contribute to data governance initiatives, and play a key role in system improvements, testing, and data cleansing activities.

Create and maintain master data in ERP systems in accordance with established governance processes;
Ensure data stewardship – work with different teams across the organization globally to coordinate the complete set up of master data;
Support ERP users with data issues, queries, documentation updates, and process questions;
Take responsibility for data integrity and consistency, participate in data cleansing activities;
Contribute to process improvements and global projects affecting master data.

Requirements

Experience in an ERP-supported business environment, preferably with responsibility for master data activities
Solid understanding of business processes and their relationship to master data domains
Good understanding of IT systems, databases, data structures, and data governance concepts
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power Query is an advantage
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global, multicultural teams
Proficiency in English, written and spoken, is required to communicate within an international organization
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
