Join our team as a Digital Growth Manager, who will lead end-to-end conversion rate optimization initiatives across web and mobile platforms, driving measurable revenue impact and continuous improvement of the customer journey.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, deep experimentation expertise, and proven experience in performance-driven fintech or high-growth digital environments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Strategy & Ownership

  • Develop and execute a global CRO strategy aligned with business growth targets
  • Own the experimentation roadmap across full customer journey
  • Identify the highest-impact opportunities using a structured prioritization framework
  • Act as a strategic partner to Product and Marketing leadership, influencing roadmap and growth initiatives

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Design, run, and scale A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Develop high-quality hypotheses based on behavioral data, analytics, and user research
  • Ensure experimentation rigor, including proper test design, sample sizing, segmentation, and result interpretation
  • Drive optimization of key journeys, including landing pages, application funnels, onboarding, and offer presentation
  • Balance conversion improvements with risk, compliance, and long-term customer value

Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze funnel performance, cohort behavior, and user journeys to uncover actionable insights
  • Ensure data quality and tracking accuracy in collaboration with data and engineering teams
  • Define and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track impact
  • Translate data into clear insights for stakeholders and leadership

Global Market Optimization

  • Identify variations in user intent, pricing sensitivity, risk perception etc. across markets
  • Adapt experimentation strategies to local market conditions, including regulatory, behavioral and cultural differences
  • Ensure learnings from experiments are documented and shared across markets
  • Balance global scalability with local optimization opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Risk, Data and Engineering teams
  • Ensure alignment between paid acquisition strategy, landing experience, and product funnel
  • Challenge assumptions and advocate for data-driven decision making

KPI & Performance metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Incremental revenue impact generated through CRO initiatives
  • Conversion rate uplift (overall & per funnel stage)
  • Revenue per visitor (RPV) growth
  • Experimentation velocity
  • Share of experiments generating actionable insights
  • Time from hypothesis to experiment launch and decision

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue impact
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation
  • Experience optimizing high-volume digital funnels
  • Proficiency with web and product analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, PostHog, Optimizely)
  • Expertise in experimentation tools
  • Knowledge of experiment design, statistical analysis and result interpretation
  • Understanding of funnel analysis, event tracking and data integrity
  • Ability to work with data directly
  • Understanding of UX/UI and behavioral psychology principles
  • Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize for impact
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
