Digital HR Analyst

We're looking for a HRIS Analyst to join our growing HRIS team. You will assist in review data quality, testing and support of different HR systems and give HRIS training and support to users.

• Design and implement scalable and flexible HRIS architecture to support evolving business needs;
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of HRIS systems;
• Identify opportunities for AI and machine learning applications within HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement;
• Ensure ethical use of AI, maintaining data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations;
• Conduct continuous research and analysis of emerging technologies and trends in HRIS;
• Proactively recommend and implement innovative solutions to keep the HRIS architecture ahead of the curve;
• Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
• Provide training and support to HR staff on new technologies and system updates.

• Knowledge of HRIS management, with a focus on system transformation and architecture;
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies within HR systems;
• Expertise in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors;
• Strong Excel knowledge;
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams;

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate with a global organization and/or customers.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
