Digital Marketing Manager

This will be different work advertisement. Believe me.
I’m one person at the moment, so I need help.

I have different ideas I want to accomplish and I need supervisor/manager who can take those ideas and realize them with some guidelines from my side (or better with less guidelines).

You DON'T need to know everything, but you have to have medium experience what is what and how things works and how much time it takes to make it and enough work experience to understand new things quickly what is what.

Ideally, if you have some kind of experience with all the "things" I mention bellow and more.

Here is just few things:

• Planning and managing
• High risk merchants
• Set up FB ad
• Clone offer
• Chatbots
• Give and manage freelancers/tasks (design-labels, logo, brochures, etc., programming, WORDPRESS, amazon, FB & Native ads, etc.)
• Experience with Ecommerce.
• Tracking - google? VOLUUM? Etc.
• Bing ads, Google ads, YOUTUBE ads, etc.
• Retargeting on different platforms.
• Understanding how websites today is built
• Sales copy
• Quizzes
• Copy writers
• Etc.

Just wanted to mention again - you don't need to know everything GREAT, but you must have experience long enough so you can filter, for example, good freelancers and bad ones comparing based on what they say to you about particular things, like, how much time it takes to make it, etc.

Logic is must.

About me: I do online marketing since 2012, mostly email marketing, but have tried different things.

My dream is to find someone who can help me to realize online projects quickly and grow together with success.

Some requirements:

• Take responsibility in everything you do, don’t blame others
• Be honest. Really. And loyal (yes, I dream about such colleagues)
• You must have failed few times at least
• Team player
• To be able to Focus and Discipline (I still learn this Every day myself. This is hard.)
• Big interest about digital marketing
• At least 3 year experience managing your own or client digital projects
• English (if you know Russian that also great)
• Experience managing freelancers (1-2 freelancers doesn’t count)
• Massive doer/action taker NOT thinker (I still learn this… you should be better than me on this)
• Your own motivation
• You have experience finding a compromise in your relationships/work/etc.
• You know immediately what is your weakness and strength
• You’ve enough experience and you know all THIS is NOT an easy

P.S. Think twice before you apply to this, because 87% of people think they are focused, team players, honest, responsible, managers, interested in digital projects, etc.

What I can offer:

• Sometimes CHAOS and changing things quickly
• Flexible working hours-most of the time work from anywhere you want
• Salary NET 1300 euro+ BIG bonuses for achieving goals
• If goals achieved: +1’000-2’000 euro per month additionally, but that should NOT be limit
• Sometimes to work on weekends and late evenings or even at nights. (Yes... scary, I know.)

What I don’t offer at this moment (but that does not mean we can’t have it some day or you tell why you need that and you’ll have it):

• big team, office, tea, coffee, lunch, gym, insurance, etc.
• motivation, inspiration
• to be the perfect leader
• colleagues with whom you can talk a bit more

Your experience matters. And as a project manager, it matters a lot.
Your WHY and Motivation matters as much as your experience.
