Digital Marketing Manager

L'Occitane brand in Latvia is looking for strong digital media manager who will be responsible for SEO marketing, website optimizations, paid media and data analysis.

• Check and fix broken links on a regular basis (404 errors).
• Ensure the website content is SEO-friendly: alt text, unique content, titles different from H1, meta elements, etc.
• Define a keyword strategy according to the market and local trends by using keyword research tools. 
• Add new content pages using the keywords defined in the strategy (landing pages, beauty tips)
• Improve internal links.

Website Optimizations:   

• Identify customers’ pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Define and run AB tests.
• Coordinate optimization developments and tests.
• Explore & tests new Apps to improve customer experience.
• Participate in connection with third parties and run tests (CRM, ERP, WMS etc).

Digital Media:  

• Pilot weekly budget allocation for paid campaigns.
• Define and run Google Paid campaigns Define and run Social paid campaigns.
• Invest and monitor campaigns in other digital media: affiliation, web partnerships, display, etc.
• Run all social media accounts.
• Prepare and run CRM campaigns  .

Data Analysis:  

• Measure and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

BENCHMARK & UPSKILLING:

• Participate in Export digital community and share best practices with other countries.
• Participate in trainings sessions and webinars (locally or centrally upon subscription).
• Benchmark competition and all local digital trends.
• On-boarding of new agencies and team members.
• Put in place a backlink strategy by identifying high-value websites to partner with and creating a follow-up file.
