Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to
hold a meaningful position in bringing online marketing activities to the next level in Baltic States. Together with the digital and marketing teams you will work on driving digital excellence on our Consumer Journey.

You are responsible for

Optimizing and improving .com, with emphasis on clarity and ease of use
Analyzing data related to the conversion funnel
Developing and improving web content with user experience and SEO in mind
Using data analysis to recommend and design changes in .com to address consumer needs and expectations
Implementing such changes using CMS or via central IT/digital services support.

You are a part of
The Team of passionate and driven digital and marketing professionals responsible for Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. You will work closely with Philips Sales, Marketing and Digital Teams to drive business objectives. The Teams demonstrate high open-minded business culture.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Experience in optimizing conversion funnels and paths on .com with a proven track record
Good knowledge of areas such as: User experience, web administration, SEO, web design
Some skills and knowledge in ADOBE Photoshop, Adobe Ilustrator, Corel Draw, etc.
Familiarity with: Google Analytics, SiteCatalys and other analytics software.
Some skills and knowledge in A/B testing
Great organizing skills, result-oriented mindset
Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinating several projects simultaneously
creativity and engagement, good communications skills
Fluent Latvian and English, both oral and written is a must
