Your responsibilities:
✨ Comprehensive and efficient management of the store
✨ Daily work with the team (task delegation, work time planning, motivation, active feedback, training)
✨ Conducting recruitment processes and onboarding new employees
✨ Developing the sales skills of the team
✨ Achieving sales targets and analyzing and optimizing KPI indicators to ensure business effectiveness
✨ Providing professional advice to our customers and actively selling based on high service standards in Eobuwie stores
✨ Managing product displays, ensuring aesthetic presentation, and aligning the collection with the latest visual trends
