You will be in charge of delivery solutions for our products: booking trucks, managing carrier operations, collaboration with stakeholders and handling escalations, which is critical for our customer satisfaction.

Book trucks for loadings at our plants and warehouses as per predefined agreement with carriers.
Manage smooth and timely execution of deliveries.
Find right solution when the unexpected occurs.
Keep our teams informed of any deviation from original plan.
Ensure the respect of agreed price and conditions and the overall quality of our service by transportation providers.

Requirements

Eagerness to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
Comfortable working with multiple tasks at the same time while organizing priorities and coordinating activities smoothly.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Previous experience in transportation or logistic environment is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent English.
