Due to continued growth, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Latvian HR team as an Employee Relations & Planning Specialist.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Handling employee relations and disciplinary matters;
- Communicating with drivers and dispatchers;
- Administering complaints and warning procedures;
- Planning document renewals and monitoring expiration dates;
- Maintaining information and entering data into internal systems;
- Instructing employees and administering documentation;
- Cooperating closely with planners and dispatchers.
We’d Love to Hear From You If You:
- Are confident communicating with people from different backgrounds and personalities, and can handle non-standard situations;
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a dispatcher position within the logistics or transportation industry;
- Are accurate, responsible, and proactive;
- Work well in a team environment;
- Can organize tasks efficiently and make independent decisions;
- Communicate fluently in Latvian, English, and Russian;
- Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
