Due to continued growth, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Latvian HR team as an Employee Relations & Planning Specialist.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include: 

 

  • Handling employee relations and disciplinary matters; 
  • Communicating with drivers and dispatchers; 
  • Administering complaints and warning procedures; 
  • Planning document renewals and monitoring expiration dates; 
  • Maintaining information and entering data into internal systems; 
  • Instructing employees and administering documentation; 
  • Cooperating closely with planners and dispatchers. 

We’d Love to Hear From You If You: 

  • Are confident communicating with people from different backgrounds and personalities, and can handle non-standard situations; 
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a dispatcher position within the logistics or transportation industry; 
  • Are accurate, responsible, and proactive; 
  • Work well in a team environment; 
  • Can organize tasks efficiently and make independent decisions; 
  • Communicate fluently in Latvian, English, and Russian; 
  • Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
