Job Description

  • In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring, diagnostics, installation, configuration, repair and maintenance of multifunction printing / copying equipment and related software.
  • Visiting, consulting and prompt resolution of clients' problems.

    • Requirements

  • Active, responsible, positive, self-initiated and determined personality.
  • Higher education in IT is either engineering or a related education.
  • Good knowledge of IT technologies (hardware and software).
  • Previous 2-3 years of service engineer / technician experience in the IT or office technology sector would be highly appreciates.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Driver's license.
  • Good language skills (Latvian, English, Russian).
