ERP Support Specialist

Your main responsibilities:

Provide daily support to users of Microsoft Dynamics AX and other ERP-related solutions.
Receive, register, classify, prioritize, and resolve user requests.
Analyze ERP system errors and issues, collaborating with relevant specialists to resolve them.
Test ERP system modifications and functionality changes.
Work closely with different departments to understand business needs and contribute to the improvement of ERP solutions.
Prepare ERP solution specifications based on business requirements.
Consult and train users on ERP system functionality and its application in daily operations.

What we expect from you:

Experience in ERP user support, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Understanding of ERP system principles and the interconnection of business processes.
Understanding of accounting and financial processes would be an advantage.
Ability to analyze user requests, identify root causes, and find practical solutions.
Good command of Latvian and English.
Analytical thinking, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with employees across different departments.
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

A gross monthly salary of EUR 2,500.
