HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Acquire new export clients through active outreach, including cold and warm calling.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with international B2B customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and client needs.
  • Present products via phone, online meetings, and email; prepare quotations and sales contracts.
  • Manage leads and customer data in the CRM (Bitrix) and ensure high-quality communication.
  • Participate in exhibitions, B2B meetings, and business trips to represent KRONUS.

THE ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • At least 2 years of B2B international sales experience.
  • Fluency in Latvian, English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. Any additional language is considered a great advantage.*
  • Experience working in CRM system and good knowledge in MS Office.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a willingness to make cold calls.
  • Sales-driven mindset with proactive initiative, excellent communication, and proven relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical thinker with resilience, adaptability to dynamic markets, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
