Financial Planning un Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Your responsibilities

• Develop and lead the group’s planning and budgeting processes
• Prepare the group budget and forecasts, including scenario modelling
• Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
• Work closely and proactively with other teams and functions to support planning, reporting, analysis and decision-making across the group
• Act as a key finance partner to different functions, helping them understand performance, improve planning and make data-driven decisions
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for the company’s management team, board and investors
• Control data quality and systematically improve data structures
• Implement and improve dashboards, reporting tools and the FP&A platform
• Improve finance processes and develop and implement automation solutions for financial data
• Support fundraising and other ad hoc projects
• Develop a deep understanding of the Giraffe360 products and business model
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools and best practices

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business controlling, or budget planning, preferably in an international environment
• Higher education in finance, economics, or a related field
• Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Excellent financial modelling, Excel / Google Sheets, and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI
• Ability to structure and analyse large volumes of data
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and functions across the group
• A team player who can independently complete tasks and make decisions
• Ability to justify your point of view, engage in constructive dialogue, and present information in a structured and clear way
• A strong sense of responsibility for assigned roles and processes
• Strong Latvian and English language skills to ensure effective communication across the group’s international companies

• Experience working with SaaS business models will be considered an advantage
• Experience with AI-driven products and automation platforms will be considered an advantage
