RONEL PARIS is looking for talented and experienced Men’s and Women’s Hairdressers to join our new premium salon in central Riga.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and personalized consultations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
• Stay updated with modern hairstyles, techniques, and beauty trends.
• Work as part of a friendly and professional team.
• Help create an exceptional salon experience for every client.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous professional hairdressing or barbering experience.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the beauty industry and professional development.
• English, Latvian, or Russian communication skills are an advantage.
