How You Will Make an Impact

  • Facilitate training programs and informational sessions, partnering with internal and external experts to deliver practical, high-quality learning experiences.
  • Work with HR and talent reports, data analytics, stakeholder feedback, and program insights to identify needs, monitor progress, address implementation challenges, and translate findings into practical, business-focused improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in talent management, leadership development, learning, organizational development, performance management, or related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to plan work, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and risks, and deliver results across matrixed teams.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to create written materials, presentations, facilitation content, and stakeholder updates that are easy to understand and act on.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across global, regional, and local teams, balancing global consistency with practical implementation needs.
  • Analytical, customer-focused, and continuous-improvement mindset, with curiosity and structure to use data, feedback, and experience to improve programs and stakeholder experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday, digital learning, HR technology, external learning providers, or multi-site/global program delivery is preferred.
  • You do not need to have experience in every program area, but you should bring curiosity, strong execution, collaboration, and a genuine interest in helping people and teams grow.
