Wandoo Finance is a fast-scaling fintech from Latvia operating across Europe and Latin America - Poland, Spain, Romania, Lithuania, and Peru. We build lending products that real people depend on, and we move fast doing it.

This isn't a "make it pretty" role. It's for someone who takes design seriously - who sweats the typography, notices when the hierarchy is off, and actually cares whether the brand looks consistent across every touchpoint.

You'll own visual output across digital, print, and everything in between. Campaigns, banners, presentations, social assets, production files. You'll work closely with the team, take feedback well, and bring your own ideas to the table.

Create visual assets across digital and print - campaigns, banners, social, ads, presentations
Design and format documents and decks in Microsoft Office (yes, PowerPoint counts)
Keep the brand tight - consistent, clean, on-guideline across every format
Prepare production-ready files and adapt assets across multiple formats
Collaborate with stakeholders, take feedback, iterate without ego
Contribute to improving how we approach design consistency as a team
Occasionally support motion or video content if that's in your toolkit
