High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Manager

We’re looking for an experienced HNW Client Relationship Manager to work directly with our high-net-worth investors in Europe - building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service and helping clients make the most of the opportunities of their wealth that Mintos offers.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and connect with potential high-net-worth investors in Europe through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Present Mintos’ multi-asset offering in a clear and engaging way, tailored to each client’s level of investment experience.
• Build and maintain a CRM of prospects and clients, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage relationships with existing HNW clients from Europe, ensuring they are engaged, satisfied, and active on Mintos.
• Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes, making their experience smooth and simple.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to address client needs and feedback.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management, ideally in financial services, fintech, or another sector serving high-value clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
• Comfortable explaining investment products and processes clearly.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for deeper engagement.
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client relationships and follow-ups effectively.
• Fluent in English and Latvian. Other language proficiency (German, Spanish, French or other) will be considered as highly valuable
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
