The position is ideal for someone who

  • is pursuing a degree in hospitality management
  • has good working skills of Microsoft Office programs
  • is available for at least 6-9 months for the duration of traineeship
  • has a good command of the written and spoken English and preferable German knowledge
  • is motivated, dedicated, responsible and communicative

Some of the objectives and main tasks that come with this position are
  • ensure critical data about programs & deals stay constantly up to date
  • produce reports that measure the success of Hilton Supply Management activities
  • be in contact with the hotels & maintain our e-procurement system
  • administrative support of the national and regional procurement teams in the form of tender support, developing analysis, project support
