Your scope of work:

Cooperation with District Managers and Store Managers in the Baltic region.
Providing expert advice on people management matters, including labor law and employee development processes.
Monitoring recruitment needs in the region and conducting recruitment based on staff rotation, absences, long-term leaves, and planned openings of new stores.
Analyzing HR reports, drawing conclusions, and recommending actions.
Monitoring the onboarding process across the store network.
Supporting Store Managers in using organizational systems.
Closely collaborating with field structures on ongoing projects: recruitment, training, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensuring effective cooperation and communication within the team and across other departments in the company.

Our expectations:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within retail - managing dispersed sales structures.
Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B1).
Higher education (preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields).
Valid driving license (category B).
Practical knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
Ability to work independently, organize own tasks, and ensure high operational efficiency.
Openness to mobile work within the Baltic region.
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
