Human Resource Specialist | Webhelp Daugavpils

Your responsibilities will be:

• Work closely in a team with regional and global HR organization, as well as local management team.
• Organize and propose activities and initiatives for employee satisfaction and well being.
• Maintain personnel records documentation.
• Maintain, develop or implement different HR processes together with regional or global HR organization.
• Support team managers in their work with employees.
• Ensure clear and regular communication with team managers and all employees.

Our requirements are:

• Fluent Latvian and English language skills (both verbal and written).
• Fluent Russian language skills.
• At least 2 year experience in similar position.
• Analytical, logical mind, ability to work independently.
• Solution oriented personality with proactive and positive attitude.
