HVAC CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER / SUPERVISOR

• Organizing, planning, and supervising HVAC engineering system installation work on-site.
• Preparing and filling out construction technical documentation.
• Managing and leading a group of subordinate employees and ensuring high work productivity.
• Controlling the quality of completed work and preparing documentation for project handover.
• Carrying out HVAC equipment installation, connection, and commissioning work.

• At least 2 years of experience as a site manager or supervisor/foreman in the field of HVAC system installation.
• Experience in performing HVAC equipment installation, connection, and startup/commissioning works.
• The ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and installation documentation.
• The ability to properly select and use tools, materials, and installation equipment.
• A university or higher education degree.
• Good computer literacy.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).

From €3,000/month (net) + bonuses. The exact compensation will depend on your work experience and competencies. Salaries are reviewed annually based on the achievement of personal and departmental goals.
