Injection Molding Technician

An international company specializing in the production of plastic components, mold manufacturing, pressing and injection molding, as well as component finishing and assembly, is inviting a Production Planner to join its team.

• professional training;
• shift-based work schedule: 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00, with the possibility to work in both shifts;
• salary of EUR 2,175 gross per month;

Work location: Šampētera iela 2, Riga.

• previous experience working with injection molding machines and molds in a production environment;
• understanding of plastic injection molding processes and common defects;
• english language proficiency at least at B2 (intermediate) level;
• ability to perform mold changes and machine setup;
• ability to independently adjust machine parameters;
• knowledge of mechanics and technical maintenance.

• setting up and adjusting injection molding machines and molds;
• ensuring production process stability and optimizing machine parameters;
• troubleshooting defects and ensuring compliance with quality requirements;
• improving processes by reducing scrap and downtime.
