• Provide assistance to advisors and performs technical work in the management of primary customer documents regarding the sale of credits and other bank/partner products and services.
• Help to prepare mortgage documents, contracts and other documents, helps with disbursement process.
• Communicate directly with the credit administrator, notaries, lawyers and other specialists of the bank regarding the provision of products or services.
• Proactively plan and implements personal tasks in a timely manner, based on the established quality standards, budgets and Luminor values.
• Successfully, actively, proactively and responsibly cooperate in order to contribute to the results of the department and the organization.
• Independently develop professional competencies and provides relevant insights and constructive feedback to improve the results of the department and organization.
• Application flow management, prioritize Luminor bank customers and applying agreed prioritization rules, distributing of applications to advisors.
• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment.

• Fluent English and Latvian are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
