Finance & Control Department in Circle K Business Centre Riga, Latvia,is a part of a Global Finance organization and is responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Would you like to:

• Learn about systems that support Finance?
• Process data from various sources, reconcile the numbers, find the discrepancies and handle them accordingly?
• Assist with maintenance of Supplier Master data that are fundamental to business processes?
• Assist with Supplier Master data cleanup in the ERP system – Oracle JDE?
• Complete requests for Supplier Master data in a timely, accurate manner to ensure a high quality of Master data?
• Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders?

• Preferable higher education or last year student in Finance, Business administration or IT related field
• Fluent English language skills to communicate with business units and colleagues in Europe
• Strong eye on details
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word etc.)
• Ability to learn quickly
• Precise, analytical, organized, structured with Customer oriented attitude
• Ability to work as part of Team
• Ability to perform routine tasks daily
