Investor Service Specialist

As our Investor Service Specialist, you'll support clients across the entire investor lifecycle and help us make investing more accessible to everyone. You will:

• Handle incoming client requests via email and other channels professionally and on time, including escalated or complex cases as your experience grows
• Support investors through their full lifecycle - from onboarding and account setup to daily usage, transactions, and offboarding-related inquiries
• Provide clear and accurate information on platform functionality, investment products, payments, and account settings
• Investigate client cases independently or together with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Product)
• Document client interactions and follow internal processes, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure consistent, high-level service
• Identify recurring issues or process gaps, share feedback to improve the customer experience, and support ad-hoc operational tasks
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks related to investor service activities
• Depending on experience, draft or review formal correspondence, mentor newer team members, or act as a point of reference on complex cases

• Customer service experience welcome at any level from entry-level to a couple of years handling complex or regulated client cases
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to independently manage and follow through on client cases
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• High attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset that goes beyond standard templates
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
• Interest in fintech, investing, or customer experience

• Additional languages such as Czech, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, or Portuguese, given our multilingual investor base
• Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues
