Your ideal background:

• At least 5 years of experience in IP networking;
• Strong knowledge in at least one area: Routing, LAN Switching, Security, or Data Center;
• Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles;
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Latvian and English languages;
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to work directly with clients;
• CCNP / CCDP-level knowledge or certification would be a strong advantage.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs and design networking solutions;
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoC activities;
• Support the sales team with technical expertise;
• Contribute to networking product strategy and roadmap development;
• Conduct market and competitor analysis;
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams;
• Work closely with B2B customers and partners across the Baltics;
• Business travel across Lithuania and Latvia for customer and partner meetings.
