As IT Business analyst you will be responsible for helping to understand the real business needs and define the requirements to enhance the quality of IT products and services, and find technological solutions. On this journey your exceptional interpersonal skills and business experience will serve you to be communication link between IT and Executive branches.

Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture and document business requirements both at a high and detail level, ensure effective handover to the development team
Develop detailed use cases, User stories, wireframes, and other specifications to be used during implementation, testing, and maintenance of a feature
Support the team on day-to-day basis by clarifying detailed questions about the requirements
Actively look for ways to improve requirements gathering and collaboration process within the project
Participate in scope planning, backlog estimation and slicing

Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset & attention to details
Exceptional interpersonal skills, effective collaboration skills with project team and all levels of management
Very detail and result oriented personality with the ability to identify dependencies efficiently
Excellent written and oral English skills;
REST API concepts and integration patterns,
Microservices architecture basics,
System integration design patterns,
CI/CD and DevOps concepts.

Nice to have

2+ years of proven experience as IT Business Analyst, Functional designer, Systems analyst or Product owner
Previous experience with large scale software implementation projects as SME or Business analyst
Experience with Change Management, LEAN or Design Thinking methodologies
Experience with cross-platform integrations
Degree in computer science would be considered as advantage
Written and speaking fluency of any other European language (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish)
