IT Coordinator - Retail Business

The IT Coordinator supports retail operations by ensuring reliable performance of store technology, POS systems, networks, hardware, software, and user support services. The role coordinates IT activities across retail locations, resolves technical issues, manages vendors, and assists with technology projects that improve business efficiency and customer experience.

• Provide first and second level technical support to retail stores and head office users.
• Monitor and maintain POS systems, computers, printers, scanners, and network equipment.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support user account administration, access rights, and security compliance.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and support activities.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of systems and equipment.
• Assist in implementing new retail technology solutions and IT projects.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare IT reports, support tickets, and operational documentation and submit reports to regional IT.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are an advantage.

2-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or retail technology environments.

Problem-solving, customer service orientation, communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, time management, and adaptability.

Reports to: IT Manager / Head of IT

The salary is 2403 euro + transportation allowance + medical insurance.
