IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a talented, open and self-organized person who enjoys helping people around.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Provide technical support for internal end-users on a variety of software problems including, application support and system access problems
-Perform all tasks with a focus on customer service including accessibility and positive attitude
-Maintain Help Desk tracking system
-Perform scheduled tasks provided by the IT manager or company management (for example, vendor pricelist and similar data updates)
-Work in Team to create and document new internal IT standards
-Participate in projects and collaborate with other functional teams

-Previous experience with some or all of the following systems: WEB e-commerce systems, databases, learning management systems, online learning tools, a variety of software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheet, email, Intranet, web browsers, HTML editors, and image manipulation software
-Knowledge about IT infrastructure architecture
-HTML knowledge
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint Online, Active Directory, Teams, Jira
-Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
-Ability to multi-tasking and see assignments through to completion
-Ability to communicate in English and Latvian
