In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

Develop and maintain Procurement IT applications and integration solutions using Java and modern integration technologies
Design, develop, and support integrations using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, message brokers, and enterprise integration platforms
Collaborate with architects and team on solution design, architecture, and implementation decisions
Support business stakeholders and Product Owners in balancing new feature development with lifecycle management, maintenance, and regulatory requirements
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment and support
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations and application performance across multiple environments

Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Java
Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Maven/Gradle)
Experience designing and developing REST APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data technologies, such as Azure, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Previous experience working with international teams
