Junior Controller Fuel Stock & Deal Control

Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Secure, control and follow up the fuel stock accounting.
• Identify, analyze and investigate differences connected to the fuel stock (terminal stock control, fuel ownership control).
• Implement and maintain fuel supply contracts in EPR systems.
• Perform data analysis, develop and maintain fuel volume control processes.
• Set-up and maintain files/records associated with monitoring, record keeping and reporting functions.
• Interact with Business Unit operations, technical services and other staff as necessary to obtain information required.
• Take part in operational projects and process improvement initiatives, participate in process and system testing.
• Manage financial controls in accordance with the procedures.

• Higher educational level or last year student in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in finance control or within accounting will be considered as a plus.
• Fluency in English to communicate with colleagues in Europe.
• Advanced skills in Excel and regular Office tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex issues/problems.
• Improvement driven and good team player.
